LUME Meditation Club

Creating a new habit is tough – especially when it’s outside of our routine and we’re doing it alone. The LUME Club brings you consistency, community and access to a supportive coach to help you overcome whatever is holding you back from establishing a regular meditation practice.

Mindful Self-Compassion Course

Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) goes beyond just giving you momentary peace from your inner critic. It equips you with the skills-based knowledge to a self-compassionate way of being, for life. See yourself in a new light and transform the way you think about yourself.

The MSC course goes deeper than just meditation. Through evidence-backed skill-based techniques, your coach will help you to explore the feelings, thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back from accessing self-compassion.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teaches you how take back control of your mind, building mental resilience and find the freedom to be focused, calm and present at any given moment in your life.

The MBSR course takes meditation apps one step further, empowering you to connect to calm without the use of an app or wifi connection. You’ll gain a mental resilience toolkit and learn how to harness the benefits of mindfulness wherever life takes you.
