Mindfulness Courses

Throughout the year LUME runs several public mindfulness courses. They are a great way to kickstart your mindfulness practice and to meet others with the same intention. The courses run for 8 weeks and are based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme. All of our courses are delivered by highly qualified and engaging mindfulness coaches. This is the option that we would recommend if you are just starting out on our mindfulness journey.

1-to-1 Mindfulness Coaching

Our busy modern lifestyles mean that many people are unable to commit to attending an 8 week course in person. Therefore we offer 1-1 coaching in which we can come to you or the material can be delivered through an online video platform. This is a great option for anyone who really wants to integrate mindfulness into their life but also has a busy and dynamic schedule to manage. Going through the course with your own coach means that you get excellent, tailored support focused on your specific needs and goals.

LUME Sit-Ins

LUME Sit-Ins are our weekly drop-in group mindfulness events that are perfect for anyone wanting to try out mindfulness or support their current mindfulness practice. We meet for an hour a week to discuss a mindful theme, practice together, and then enjoy each other’s company over refreshments. Our events are where our mindful community come to meet other like-minded people, and who knows, maybe even make new friends!
